And my wife and I were the ONLY parents to attend. As we looked around the classroom with little 3 year olds flocking to us as if we were the mythical Pie-eyed Piper incarnate, we realized two things.

  • We saw the gleaming pride in our daughters eyes as she instantly became the most famous child there because her parents were there to be with her at the party. It is one thing to buy your children nice gifts, or to take them on a great vacation. But the feeling one gets when they realize that they have made their child so proud that they have a certain glow in their eyes and a childish innocent grin from ear to ear…..is absolutely priceless. And we are extremely thankful to the Network Marketing Industry for providing us with the freedom to experience our child’s life in a way that most others cannot.
  • We both felt saddened at such a dismal statistic.  Can people really be this strung out in the corporate rat race that they can no longer take an hour of their day to spend it with their child for their Christmas pre-school party?

With this in mind.

For those of you who are experiencing the good fortune blessings of time freedom….Be thankful for that every day.
