The first night I met Chris Cucchiara it was in the downtown lobby of the Fairmont hotel in Dallas, Texas. He looked like a normal guy with the exception that it was obvious that he had been a bodybuilder for a great number of years. I stood in front of him, he recognized me from the Internet communications we had in the past, and then invited me to dinner with Ty Tribble and Bo Short among around 10 other likeminded and successfully driven friends.
We had a wonderful dinner, I ordered a teriyaki rib eye that was to die for, and Ty Tribble and I babbled to each other about blogging, and traffic generation, and training materials. Afterwards, Chris, myself and Dr. Tom Wilson and his wife Pamela retired to a private table for drinks and discussion on EIRO Research, and the state of Network Marketing and the world in general.
I believe we stayed up until around 2am and finally we all retired back to our rooms, after Chris had negotiated with me that I would be awake and in the gym at 7am………I agreed and was excited to train with a guy who used to work out with the holy grail of bodybuilding Arnold Schwarzenegger himself.
Sadly…….I slept through the alarm and didn’t show.
The convention was great, there was tons of great information and excitement about the new All Natural Energy Drink and when it was over we were all off to our separate corners of the nation to build our business teams, excited about rising up a few ranks before our next meeting in October!!
Meanwhile Chris Cucchiara has been flying all across the Nation doing team trainings, helping people get started, and telling them in a real matter of fact, down to earth, get er’ done, type of fashion that is giving people absolutely explosive results in building their teams.
Most recently he has been delivering a powerful message. Mr. Cucchiara has been in the business a long time. Mr. Cucchiara knows what you like and what you hate about this business and he’s not going to regurgitate to you any 1990’s feel good material just so that you keep on your autoship for a few more months.
No…..Chris Cucchiara is a man who has taken action all of his life, and he is a man who has dedicated his life to seeing results.
Right now Chris is just returning from Minnesota where he is teaching new and veteran marketers how to approach their sharpest people by not even “recruting them”.
The pitch is simple:
“Hey, <theirname>, I recently started this home business because I need some extra money, now I know you don’t need any extra money and I’m not wanting to recruit you at all, but do you know like 1 or 2 people who might be interested in checking out an opportunity?”
That’s it.
No rejection from your “sharp person” (who …..just might end up selling themselves on the opportunity you never know), and you get 1-2 leads that they recommend that you can send a quick email to.
With team leaders like Chris Cucchiara working with us. It’s hard not to have a growing organization.
Speaking of which. We are officially 3 new distributors from making Director at EIRO Research.
