Traffic is increasing on all of my websites and my cost is $0 in advertising. It’s all organic, 90% Google based and it’s free!
Business is great with teams exploding in both EIRO and Usana and of course my own venture which actually ties everything together in one nice giftwrapped present is looking very strong for a launch on August 1st, 2009.
I have to say I could write a hundred articles on the frustrations, stress and times that I “almost quit” regarding my 4 year Internet Marketing career, but this article……….this particular article. Is simply about gratitude.
I believe throughout our lives we really need to stop and smell the roses sometimes. Because we all know that there will never be a permanent time of beauty or grace or blessing, until we “kick off this mortal coil” and end up in Heaven.
And I think sometimes we often neglect to just take a few moments to really appreciate something AS it is happening to us, rather than reflect back and think “oh those were the good times.”
Internet Marketing can be a very complex “animal” and so many people get terrified when they think of it because of all of the “moveable parts” that make obtaining the goal of success seem too distant……too vague.
Recently I’ve been focusing on one major goal and that goal has been simply traffic. Traffic without paying for it to be more precise.
Keeping things simple has really been paying off, and I’ve been teaching this method of traffic to all of my team members.
Educate: Study something about marketing, personal growth, or simply keep up to date on the news in the industry.
Blog: Update your blog with 3-4 articles per week about the above topics of marketing, personal growth or news.
Follow up: Respond to those who contact you asking for more information. Share with them your opportunity, and work with those who are interested and say “how do I join?”
In my last article I posted that the Alexa rank here at brokerjones @ wordpress was just under 200k. Today as I write this article we’re looking at an Alexa rank of 193,757!!! (Our next goal is getting down towards the 150,000 mark….which would mean that traffic wise we would be in the top 150,000 websites in the world for daily/quality traffic)
No payperclick…..not out of pocket cost.
Just keeping it simple stupid.
