This month we would like to take a moment to recognize one of our top leaders who is finding success at Oceanside Network, and her name is Irene Fenech and she is from Malta, Italy. Today I’m going to interview her on how long she has been in the industry and what it is exactly that she is doing to find success in her business.

Question 1: How long have you been in the home based business industry?

Irene: Full time from last January but offline marketing business about 3 years ago

Question 2: What made you choose Oceanside Network?

Irene: Its a Unique opportunity that I never saw before in this industry. I have been following Oceanside Network for a year through my sponsor. I believe in the Vision that Oceanside has for us and also believe that all of us can achieve success whether we recruit or not.

Question 3: Many peoples’ favorite question is, “What is your biggest secret to building a team?” What has worked for you the best?

Irene: 1st.friendly. 2nd.Honest. 3rd keep always in touch .4th determination

Question 4: Ok, but where do you find people to talk to about Oceanside Network?

Irene: Hmm this is a good question. Though the truth is that they find me..I just make some good posts in socials networks  and forums. With a good opportunity that has a huge vision, like Oceanside……  you dont need to sell it.

Question 5: Fair enough. What are your goals for the rest of this year, and the next couple of years to come?

Irene: First of all I am a person that loves help others, so I have in mind to open a house that welcomes women and children in need. So my goal is to reach Financial Freedom and I believe that this is the right opportunity for me to make make my dreams come true! I’m also a huge believer in this  quote … “If you can see it in your head, you can hold it in your hand”

Question 6: Well Irene, we certainly appreciate what you’ve done so far for your team and we look forward to seeing you reach new levels of success! If you had anything to say to somebody looking at this opportunity for the first time, what would you tell them?
