Lately things have been pretty darned good business wise. Our company is doing very well, our systems are all performing as expected, and we’re experiencing growth in all areas to the tune of 33% growth just last month.
….so then why do I have days where I just feel “blah”. Like there’s just no juice left in my batteries. Or better yet….like I’m Superman with a big ball of Krytponite chained to my ankles. 
And I realize it’s not for lack of education. (I read a new book every week) It’s not for lack of my business doing well and even growing and making money while I sleep.
But what I had noticed was that as much “time freedom” as I have, my days had become very “routine”. I go to the gym in the mornings 4-5 times per week. I go to martial arts in the evenings. I do daily webinars for Oceanside, I play with my daughters a during the day, and my wife and I watch movies at night, and take naps during the daytime.
And what I have discovered is that as “ideal” as my “routine” is….it still….has become…..”routine”. Stale. Old. Bland. …..and it’s nobodies fault but my own. You see I got “fast tracked” into my career, set my goals, and worked hard to accomplish them, without ever thinking about my needs as a creative individual, and over the last week or two I’ve really just been “dragging my feet” in getting things done, and I realized it was simply because everything was so familiar that I had gotten bored.
So my wife in her extreme thoughtfulness (and patience with me) suggested I join a flag football league……and so I signed up…and suddenly there is something new and interesting to give my mind a much needed recharge through a football league! (I’m going to have to cook up something very special for her……just so you all know, and I will blog about that later.)
Today I just wanted to type up this quick message to let you know that it’s not just “ok” to go out and have some fun on a REGULAR BASIS….but it’s absolutely mandatory in order for you to stay energized about building your business.
It’s easy to be excited when you begin a new endeavor……but in order to maintain that passion…..you must have some FUN! So make sure you set some time aside for yourself. As Jack Nicholson says in his movie “The Shining” ……all work and no play make Jack a dull boy.

There’s a few steps along the way. A few key lessons that you must absolutely learn and then master in order to keep the “odds in your favor” when it comes to operating your own financial future.
And the first step is to gain “control”. And by “control” we mean the ability to make the best decisions possible in all facets of your financial endeavors, and the path to obtaining this is education. If you read this blog consistently, then you are already in the process of educating yourself. Kudos to you my friend….it was this very journey of reading, writing and implementing that lead me to where I am today in my position as President and equal owner of my own company.
If you educate yourself, you will know how to make better investments, how to protect your assets, what the true value of time is, and how to affect growth in almost every aspect of your life. Education….opens doors to new worlds….literally.
Uneducated people think investing is risky, and or they fall for the salespitch of a guy who is simply selling mutual funds or stocks or bonds……which coincidentally are all completely out of his control performance wise but he makes a commission off of your money.
Uneducated people don’t invest and their money does not work for them, and they must keep working for their money.
Uneducated people do not have a secure financial future because 401k’s and IRA’s were never intended to be Retirement Plans……they were designed (and they operate) as Savings Plans. If you try to retire on a Savings Plan…..you’re in for a rude surprise when you reach your golden years and your lifestyle either decreases or you find yourself having to work that door job as a greeter at Walmart.

For those of you who have no idea who Jake Amedee or what Autosurfing is, I’ll begin today with a very basic overview.
Autosurfing was once a thriving industry boasting some 500,000 to 1 million members strong. The basic premise of these “companies” was that you could earn “rebates” for viewing X amount of website pages per day. They claimed that by doing this, you were legitimizing their service which was “website traffic”. They fooled all of their members, (including myself), into believing that 30-60% returns per month were actually feasible in the “investment” world. Some members would learn to navigate these apparent “ponzis” but many more would end up losing thousands of dollars.
Ultimately…….these Autosurfs……..had a 100% mortality rate. Meaning every single one of them……without exception…..collapsed and disappeared with thousands and/or millions of members money.
Enter a basic history of Jake Amedee formerly of Autosurfauthority.com
Jake ran the forum known as Autosurfauthority.com alongside is once partner Todd Heaps. Heaps ended up leaving ASA after a rumor reported that Jake Amedee pulled a gun on him and his family, and subsequently jumped off of his rooftop claiming that he was Jesus. Jake would later appear on an ASA vidcast in a neck cast, and tell viewers that he had “fallen down the stairs”. There is no confirmation on the validity of either of these statements other than the testimonies of what will remain private sources.
Jake Amedee (who many now call “Jake The Snake”) garnered hundreds of thousands of viewers on his weekly newscasts where he would promise his viewers that he had the inside information that Company X was good to go, or that Company Y was “the real deal”. This large viewership would oftentimes spend money by “investing” into whichever autosurfs that Jake was promoting, and they would most of the time use Jake’s sign up link, and Jake would then get rather large referral bonuses on every “deposit” that was made. In other words….Jake was making…a LOT of money.
However one problem……a rather “small” problem…..kept happening.
Every…..Single…..Program……That Jake Amedee “promoted” (even though he claims to have never promoted an autosurf ever)………every…single program…….FAILED. CLOSED. RAN OFF WITH THE MONEY!
When I was a member of ASA, another member emailed me screenshots of Jake actually in a conversation with a supposed Autosurf owner, and Jake was telling the owner he would accept money to say good things about them on his next video cast. (Now screenshots can be faked…….so I’m just telling you what I saw, but we all know it’s not 100% hardcore proof…………I’m….just saying.)
Then sometime last year, Jake announced that he was selling his website autosurfauthority.com however it didn’t take long before many savvy forum posters put together the notion that Jake was simply doing this to try and hide his business under a Panama Corporation in an attempt to alleviate him of any legal ramifications of what many people now think was “underhanded dealings” and “promotions of ponzis”.
Shortly after the supposed “selling of autosurfauthority.com” Jake announced he was leaving altogether, and he promoted his long time “associate” by the username of Wanrou to now “own the forum”. Wanrou now resides as the head admin of autosurfauthority.com.
Nobody has heard from the once “famous” Jake Amedee. No videocasts. No forum posts.
He has simply vanished from the limelight and faded off into the proverbial woods.
Was the “heat” coming for old Jake?
Did he fear for an impending jail sentence after what appears to be the “blatant scamming” that he did to all of his forum members?
We may never know.
But we are all left with the question, “Where On Earth Is Jake Amedee Formerly Of Autosurfauthority.com?”

By now if you do any kind of marketing or reading on the internet you have heard about TVI Express.
And if you have googled TVI Express Scam, or TVI Express gone or anything like that you’ve likely read my previous article on the subject that appears on page 1 of Google for those terms.
In the meantime I’ve been contacted by over 20 people asking me if I’ve heard about this “awesome new company that can pay you $15,000 in 60-90 days” and each time my eyes roll back into my head, and I want to smash my forehead against a brick wall. Maybe it’s just my ego talking…….but does anybody in their right mind actually think that by now I haven’t heard of it or been presented with 324234888773663 emails in my inbox about TVI Express? Let’s be real……..within 5 minutes of the PRE-launch…..I was already blown up about it.
Here’s what I have learned in the meantime.
TVI Express has no “office” and no way for you to contact their ownership. They “had” an office in London but vacated it many months ago, despite their claims via email that they only recently moved. This is a HUGE red flag everyone. Why would a company lie about moving out of their office……..unless their misinformation is simply a stall tactic to operate their ponzi for as long as they can before the doors close.
TVI Express has no legitimate products and NO customer base! Every single member of TVI is a Distributor. This is by definition ILLEGAL!!! When Amway was under lawsuit back in the day the ONLY way they escaped being shut down was that their legal team could demonstrate a 10 to 1 customer versus distributor ratio.
Vouchers……there is a reason that EVERY single Travel company in the past that used “vouchers” as it’s flagship product have been SHUT DOWN.
Do the math on this company….if you are reading this…..because you are trying to research TVI Express….all you have to do is look at how the Cycler boards function. See how many people are needed for 1 person to earn $10,000? No matter what. The people on the bottom of this thing are going to lose. Has anyone heard a testimonial of people actually USING the Products? Who here has gotten a 5 star vacation for $250 with no hidden fees? Pictures, Videos? Let’s see them.
Further research shows that TVI is funneling their money through a bank account in Cypress (and there’s nothing wrong with Cypress), over to India (And there’s nothing wrong with India)….but what I do have a problem is that they are “trying” to do all of this secretly, but unfortunately for them their are many savvy individuals on the internet these days who have their technical resources for finding out just about anything.
Why would a company supposedly based in London…..funnel all of it’s money to India?
TVI Express is Transfering The money back to india through cyprus under the name of “TVI SERVISES LTD (Vision Tech)Which has office in india in delhi at E -57, BALI, Nagar New Delhi 110015 India (Rajori garden) Rajori garden/ and the owners are – Rahul Kaurana / Anita Khurana. I you are in delhi plz check this address.
And why would the owners Rahul Kaurana and Anita Khurana tell people they had an office in LONDON if they REALLY LIVED in United Stated in CALIFORNIA?????!!!!!!!
I did some research and Anita and Rahul live in the US in California.

Mysterious owners lying to their membership about where their offices really are? And for how long their offices have been closed down? Mysteriously actually living in California? And then funneling all of their money through Cypress to India?
If you aren’t scratching your head then I honestly can’t help you.
I actually had some yahoo contact me on instant messenger (pun intended), and tell me that the ONLY reason I was posting negative stuff about TVI Express was so that I could market my own company. To which my reaction was “wow……have a nice day” and I toggled my “block user” button.
I write this blog to attempt to help people, and honestly I could care less whether you join my business or somebody elses……
What I DO care about……..is whether or not you get scammed.
And TVI Express………is looking every bit…..like a SCAM.

There is a new product that I’ve been alerted to. A product called Phone Gold Miner Pro, and it promises to deliver hundreds (if not thousands) of “leads” straight to your computer, and these leads are supposed to be “the most sought after leads” and the company promises that it is your “Key To Instant Cash Flow Power”.
Excuse me while I scratch my head for a few. Because after watching the tutorial video to see what was REALLY going on, all I saw was a guy using a computer program to snatch the contact information of a bunch of people who have NOT ASKED to be solicited by users of Gold Miner Pro…….(My Spider Sense SPAM alarms are going off friends…..)
All this program is doing, is isolating Independant Distributor sites targeted at people who are ALREADY in a network marketing business, and capturing all of their public contact information for you.
Let me explain this in it’s simplest terms.
Let’s say I’m working as an Independant Distributor for Company X.
Chances are that out there on the web is my corporate splash page complete with my contact information.
What Phone Gold Miner Pro does is it will target every corporate website for Company X and then it will copy/paste their phone numbers, names, and email addresses straight into your computer. Phone Gold Miner pro then claims that these are YOUR GENERATED LEADS.
…..but I’m laughing my you know what off trying to wrap my brain around the moral complexity of this…….
I mean here’s a basic question.
Doesn’t a LEAD….have to “OPT IN” to what you’re looking for?
I mean those people at Company X, are NOT asking to be solicited by Phone Gold Miner Pro users. That contact information is there so that they can receive legitimate requests for information about Company X!
Where does the CANN SPAM act fit into all of this?
Well I’m willing to bet as the massive complaints of SPAM start coming in that Phone Gold Miner Pro is going to find itself in a serious bind. I asked on a popular forum where someone named Bill Marler was pitching this program, and I asked him specifically about the possible SPAM complaints but I was ignored. Maybe he is more concerned with his $100 Fast Start Commissions that he’ll receive for every person who purchases the Gold Miner Pro from his referral link………one can’t be too sure.
My tip of the day:
If you want a SUREFIRE way to get blacklisted by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), then go ahead and purchase Phone Gold Miner Pro and start blasting out your solicitations to thousands of people at a time who NEVER OPTED IN to receive information from you. It’s only a matter of time before you’re literally wiped off the face of the internet.
My advice?
Steer very clear of Phone Gold Miner Pro.
Because SPAM……..should never be for dinner.

Did you know that drinking 1 starbucks coffee per day ends up costing you over $3,000,000 in your entire life? It’s true.

I’m not telling you that Starbucks is Bad!

…..and you and I both know that $4 is a very conservative estimate for your habits that you don’t “need” on a daily basis.

I need my starbucks designer coffee……

I need that new TV ….I need a new car……
Why is it that we oftentimes can make more money from our jobs or businesses from one year to the next but we still never have money at the end of the month left over?
It’s because we have failed to prepare our minds for our future, and we are stuck in the rut of living in the “I need it now”.
“I need it now” ……enslaves you in the future.
To prepare for your future you must learn how to manage your monthly budget. But if you haven’t managed your budget and know exactly what your expenses and what you can spend each money per month is, then you are operating with no boundaries.

If you have Googled me, then you have probably seen a few forums where people are claiming that Broker Jones is a Scammer, and that if he’s involved in something you should run!!!!
I have challenged these “trolls” to point out at least one specific time that I have scammed or mislead anyone intentionally into anything, and they all fail to give an example. Instead they resort to calling me names such as “broken jones” and “bernstein jones”….and some people think I’m “fat”. I think the claim of my being “overweight” is at least refuted on my facebook page. (Feel free to add me as a friend, I’m social, have over 1000 friends and I like to chat!)
One of the common statements out there is that Broker Jones was into “autosurfing and scammed a bunch of people”……..and here we can talk about the TRUTH….rather than silly accusations spammed to you from “trolls” who are mainly just terrified of what my company represents to their so-called “hyip/surf industry”.
About 5 years ago….as evidenced from the very first posts on this blog (which you can actually read if you are so indisposed) I was introduced to something called Autosurfing, and a friend of mine told me about a “company” called Fast Profits Club, and it was returning around 40% per month. Having never heard of such a thing as Autosurfing before and no idea what reasonable returns on investment were, I joined it under my buddies recommendation. Well…a little over a month later I lost $3,000 and FPC ran off with all of our money. It was my risk, my loss and I certainly didn’t recruit anyone into it. So I’m quite positive that it’s not Fast Profits Club or my losing my own money that has “trolls” on the internet crying that Broker is a Scammer! Let’s investigate further!
When I fail at something, I tend to become obsessed with learning more and getting better, so I began to do my homework on the owners, and various “autosurfs” and I started writing this blog in an attempt to help others avoid the ones that were “obviously” scams. It became apparent quickly that there were tons of scammers on the internet and most of them were “getting away with it”.
I ultimately found Tri-Star Media, a company run by Bob Krimm and his son Chris. I ended up telling about 10 people about this one when I first joined it, and all of us made money. My statements to my small team were “this is high risk, so only put in what you can afford to lose, and take out everything up front so that you are only risking profit.” The 10 of us did this and all of us made some good money before Tri-Star Media began to exhibit red flags and ultimately “ran off with the money”. However those who I referred……..all made thousands. We weren’t the Ken Russo’s of the internet who continued to lure people in clearly after the “red flags of ponzi” began showing up. Nope. We kept large in part to ourselves and we were not out there recruiting others. I had learned very quick that there was only a “small window of safety” when joining these things and after the 6 month mark it was far too risky to have anyone else put in “new money”. Considering our small group was all well into profit and we were more interested in our own returns than dragging in a bunch of people we didn’t know…….and none of us lost money……I guess it doesn’t make sense to call me a Scammer here either.
Next on the agenda is Vlane aka Global Marketing Solutions aka 3 Great Solutions run by the infamous Dr. Mara Greenway (if she even is a doctor…), Vee Ann Fuerhoff (aka Mrs. Vee), Stephen Decatur, GemQueen and others………these guys/gals all promised us this was a new era for “autosurfing” and even claimed that they were NOT an “autosurf” but instead they were an advertising rebate agency. They cooked up a great story, promised to provide products to us, made us sign contracts (that are now very null and void), and they launched. I have to admit…….I believed them. Immediately I brought in about 40 people and we all “invested our money” as soon as the company launched. After the 6 month mark I told them all to stop referring others, and our team was about 55 people in total. I emailed them weekly and told all of them to make sure they take out their original investments and just use profits. After a year we were ALL IN PROFIT, and we didn’t recruit anyone else. And then I started seeing “red flags” and well…..I couldn’t keep silent. I had to warn people…..because the word on the street was that people were maxxing out their credit cards, and mortgaging their homes in order to “invest” with Vlane at a time in which I felt Vlane was exposing itself as a ponzi.
I HAD TO WARN PEOPLE……..I simply could not fathom anyone maxxing out their credit cards and losing their homes to what I felt was nothing more than a glorified ponzi scam and the writing was on the wall that the ponzi well was drying up…..If you google around for Vlane you’ll find the articles I wrote a long time ago.
I was the first person willing to stand up and warn people to stay away from Vlane and to pull all their money out.
Shortly after my article was written, the Vlane owners deleted my account. (They simply deleted $15,000 of mine…..keep in mind I was well in profit and had been cashing out over $1,000 a month for almost a year)
Then they got on a big conference call and slandered me forwards and backwards.
Then they sent a “fake lawsuit” to my door. Well…..at the time it seemed real, and I actually filed a formal response and their “lawyer” never even accepted my response. It was then I realized that they had NO intention of ever taking me to court……they simply wanted me to remain silent long enough for them to “continue their charade” so they could disappear with everyones money.
I took a lot of heat for standing up against Vlane.
A lot of people climbed up on their soap boxes and began to call Broker Jones a scammer with his own “agenda”.
…..
But almost a year has gone by and Vlane is still not paying anyone. They have all but vanished with everyones money.
Only now have people begun to apologize to me.
Only now have people begun to say “Broker ……..was right”.
And that’s ok to me. I wasn’t stepping out and calling out the “red flags” for personal gain. I did it to try and save others.
So…..with that said. I brought a team in early to Vlane….it capped at around 55 people and we stopped recruiting at all per my guidance at the 6 month mark. All of us made money. And everyone pulled out their money in time, and per my private warnings. Nobody who was in contact with me on my team lost any money. I sacrificed my own account to warn others. ….so how on Earth…..could Broker Jones be a scammer because of Vlane?
Ahhh….now we come to the crux of the issue, and probably one of my biggest “career” mistakes to date.
Around the same exact time that Vlane was displaying it’s Ponzi Flags…….I became aware of a company that was about to launch called Oceanside Wealth. It was a company that had a very unique idea. It was a company that was going to combine MLM with Forex……..I was intrigued, and mentioned on a very popular forum called AutoSurfAuthority.com that I was going to join.
…within 3 days of my announcing on a public forum that I was going to join and build a team. Over 60 people had posted a reply saying they were going to join me…..within 30 days that number skyrocketed to 600, and by the time that Oceanside Wealth finally launched, I had mustered a team of 3,000 people in less than 60 days. As it turned out (call it fate…chance….destiny…..or just plain old coincidence) both of the owners of Oceanside Wealth lived about 15 minutes from me. I had a meeting with one of the owners at the time JD Kaiser, and he explained to me the system and asked for my input.
What JD did NOT tell me at the time was that he was only a 49% owner, and that Kumar was a 51% owner and in full control of the company.
I ended up meeting Dr. Kumar Singh and he was a likeable guy who seemed rather intelligent and from what I could gather after several face to face meetings with these JD and Kumar was that they had a unique concept, a brilliant Forex product, and it all seemed like it was going to be “too easy”. I mean….I had a team of 3,000 people in less than 60 days, and we had a product that would generate so much passive income for everyone involved it really was the “no brainer” of the decade.
The first major issue that happened was that originally Jake Amedee and Ken Russo had been invited to Oceanside Wealth because they each wielded massive teams. However they word on the Internet is that they both decided to get rip roaring drunk the night PRIOR to launching, and they flooded the Oceanside Matrix with hundreds of sign ups a full 24 hours before the company was even supposed to go live. Later they would deny it all, and Jake would call me up on the phone and tell me that he “never drinks” (hahaha….hahahahah yeah right), and then he would go so far as to threaten to “end me”. (In other words he threatened my life). JD, and Kumar and me got together at one of Kumar’s investment homes in Gilbert Arizona and we made the decision to wipe the database clean, and uninvite both Jake and Ken for their unscrupulous behavior. Kumar and JD told me they did not want to associate with people who were out to cheat the system, and I wholeheartedly agreed. Of course Jake Amedee (the now missing and suspected “on the run” former admin of ASA) and Ken Russo (a blatant ponzi promoting pimp), would put their own sad spin on the story and try to claim that it was Broker Jones who Scammed them out of their stop spots at Oceanside Wealth. I was banned from Autosurfauthority so that I could not even give my side of the story of what REALLY happened. But it all comes out in the wash I suppose considering how Jake is now on the run and wanted by multiple Legal Agencies. …and Ken Russo…..heh……well that’s all I’m going to say about that for now.
So the database was cleared and the launch was put on hold for a few days, and then it was re-launched with only my personal team. (Of 3,000 people….)
Then the real problems began.
On the night of the launch their backoffice experienced multiple failures, and their programmer named Dennis from a company called Internet Next Step, was taking all sorts of liberties with things such as “free memberships” and even plugging in his own people to the matrix. Free Memberships in a “company forced matrix” just don’t work. There were major server crashes, glitches, multiple people signing up into multiple accounts, and generally it was just a fiasco. I was not impressed with Dennis or Internet Next Step and anytime we called to complain he just told us “look I’ve launched many MLM’s bigger than you guys with no problems”…….OK DENNIS SO WHY WERE THERE PROBLEMS WITH OCEANSIDE IF YOU WERE THE EXPERT? (whew….had to get that of my chest) I recommend that if you are ever getting ready to launch your own company you avoid Internet Next Step at all costs. My experience with them was complete garbage, and they charge insane prices to fix THEIR MISTAKES! They make mistakes….and then they charge you for them….how awesome is that? This is one of those times I actually felt bad for Kumar because he was the guy paying for all of it.
A couple of weeks into launch, there were still minor issues with the backoffice, and it became clear that Oceanside was going to have to “foot the bill” for all of the “magic free spots” that Dennis allowed in. At first it seemed plausible, but then Kumar on a whim decided that he wasn’t going to pay for them and everyones matrix check, including mine went to almost nothing.
We dealt with that, however then Kumar started “dictating” how things were going to be run in his company….and as the 51% owner I suppose that was his right, but one night he called me up and said “Broker, can you explain to me exactly how our matrix works?”
I about fell out of my chair. How could a 51% owner not even know how his own company ran?
I offered my full time services to manage the company and make some radical changes. I mean at the time he was running a matrix with no products……you can’t be an MLM company with no products. I told him I could help develop an integral marketing training series.
He refused to pay me. He said “no employees”. To which I replied, “ok run the company yourself then.”
At this time, I had made friends with the Trader of Oceanside’s Forex system named Mac, and also with JD. We began forming a plan in the event that Oceanside under the tyranny of Dr. Kumar was to fail. Mac said to me on the phone, “Let’s call this what it is Broker…..we’re talking about the pre-launch of your own company”.
Dr. Kumar began taking bank wires for Forex investing……yet he NEVER finished the paperwork to actually use the brokerage account……so the money….never went anywhere. I had never seen a business owner ….who not only didn’t even understand his OWN business model…….but who moved so slowly on all things Administrative.
Realizing the absolute certainty of his failure as a business owner and the ultimate decline of Oceanside Wealth with him at the sole decision maker……I announced my leaving, and I told him on a phone call “You had better refund every last person or it’s your ass”.
Dr. Kumar did end up refunding almost everyone. He did skip a few people who never got their refunds, but we have since collected their names/emails and bank statements showing their transactions and all told it’s a list of less than 5 people and less than $7500 ($2,000 of that being mine……Dr. Kumar…..ran off with my money. He is a thief, a liar, and a cheat. And I’ll gladly go to court over that statement if he ever reads this. He stole from me pure and simple.)
However……..they say that all things happen for a reason, and I am a firm believer of that.
Because on September 4th 2009……..we launched our company and we decided to keep the name to remind everyone that “we aren’t trying to run….or hide…….from anyone”.
So far it has run almost flawlessly. Our passive income system is churning away, and I’m actually watching it live right now on the computer next to me. I have made a promise to the few who lost their investment dollars to Dr. Kumar that when Oceanside Network is strong enough, we’ll pay them out of our own pockets. My $2,000 is lost forever…….but I gained a Presidency in a company where I am now equal part owner and chief decision maker for the most part.
Throughout the years my motto has never changed. I’m here to make money, and to help others do the same.
So….the ultimate question that you must now ask yourself is before you. Is Broker Jones A Scammer?
